We’ve constructed the Finer Form bench to be both strong and stable, and also comfortable. With our thick, core padding and high grade, powder-coated steel, there’s an exceptional 660-pound weight limit, great for even the hardest workout.
The 8 adjustable back pad settings and 3 adjustable seat settings allow you to set up for any number of popular exercises. Set the bench to its most upright position to do military presses or alternating hammer curls. Or, lay it flat to do leg lifts, crunches or dozens of other ab exercises. You can also mix up the workout with the incline setting for tricep kickbacks, or bench presses.

Great price point, stows nicely. However, the leg was mounted a little crooked and the backrest wobbles slightly. The floor support is solid though and doesn't allow for movement. I have doubts about the 1000lb weight limit with the gauge of steel used but I doubt I'll be using it anywhere near that limit. Overall, It should suffice for a basic home use item with dumbbells.The listing shows two different variations of back support adjustments and it seems the reviews reflect both as well. I received the pin and groove style as opposed to the sliding sleeve. The latter would likely offer better stability than the one I received.
I chose this as it folds up for storage or transport. It was recommended by my friend who travels with hers in her RV. I am pleasantly surprised at the great quality, comfortable to sit or use my hands for push ups and my current work out plan of weight training. I actually bought two, one for my father’s house so I can work out during my visits!
It was relatively easy to assemble. Some of the bolts were a bit tight, but I got them in far enough to be stable. It’s sturdy enough for sit-ups and lower abs off the seat area and switches between modes easily in less than a minute. Folds up small enough to stick in a corner or in a closet. Exactly what I needed in my small space for working out safely at home during the pandemic. Even my cats love it! Terra likes to hang out on it and Da Vinci loves to jump on my stomach while I’m trying to do decline sit-ups. I’ve already recommended it to my friends.
Easy to assemble, holds up okay on bench and flies even on heavy sets. Doesn’t shake or wobble during incline, flat, or decline workouts either. Easy to fold aside if you need the space cleaned up or room for another workout and pretty light to move around. Pins that lock the hinges fit awkwardly but does it’s job. Price is reasonable for the build, ease of assembly, functions, and able to handle my heavy sets pretty decently.
Nice product for home users. Of course it doesn’t have the same quality of a gym bench but definitely fulfil my home gym needs.

When the 5-in-1 bench is folded, it measures 33.5 inches tall, 13 inches wide, and 11 inches deep. When it is fully extended and flat, it measures 41.3 inches wide, 17.5 inches tall, and just over 48 inches long. With the seat in its highest position, the 5-in-1 bench is 49.6 inches high.
What is the maximum height for using the 5-in-1 bench?
If you are going to use the 5-in-1 as a flat bench, anyone over 6'4" will have their head start to edge over the back when laying down. If you are 6'5" or over, the bench can still be used for many exercises, but any movements that require laying down will probably have your head overhanging.
