Finer Form Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Finer Form! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and our policy is designed to make the return and warranty process as seamless as possible. Please review the details below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in new or unused condition, in their original packaging, and must never have been assembled to qualify for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as clearance items, may be final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Warranty

  • 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: All Finer Form products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Nuobell products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. 
  • Post-Warranty Support: After the warranty period, we continue to stand behind our products. If part replacement is needed, we’ll provide the replacement part for free, with the customer covering the shipping cost.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We'll provide a prepaid return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and processing, as returned items are not refurbished for resale.

4. How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email: Send an email to info@finerform.com.
  2. Order Information: Include your order number and specify the item(s) you’d like to return.
  3. Package Images: Attach images of the product and its packaging.
  4. Reason for Return: Briefly explain why you’re returning the product.

Once we receive your information, our Customer Service team will provide return instructions with a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method in 10 - 15 business days. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
