All orders qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Return Shipping Fees

You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return and generate a return label, please contact our customer service at info@finerform.com . We will respond within 3 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing may take some time.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@finerform.com .
