Thank you for choosing Finer Form! We stand behind the quality and durability of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Please review the following warranty terms for our products.

Warranty Coverage

All Finer Form products are manufactured and tested with the highest quality standards and strict quality control processes. This warranty is limited to the non-commercial use of Finer Form products purchased within the United States.

• Weight Benches: 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
• Nuobell Adjustable Dumbbells and Nuobell Stand: 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use conditions. It does not cover:

• Accidental Damage: Damage occurring during transit or due to accidents.
• Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or attempted repairs by any person or facility not authorized by Finer Form.
• Misuse or Abuse: Damage due to misuse, abuse, vandalism, or alteration of the product in any way.

Finer Form is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract, or negligence, that arise in connection with the sale, use, or repair of the product.

Warranty Claims

If your product experiences a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Service team at info@finerform.com with the following information:

1. Proof of purchase.
2. Description of the issue and relevant images.
3. Product model and serial number, if applicable.

You can also submit it through our contact form.

Upon validation of your warranty claim, Finer Form will repair or replace the defective product or part at no charge. After the warranty period, Finer Form will provide free replacement parts as needed, with the customer covering the shipping costs.
