So far so good, the only fail point i could see is maybe the fabric ripping in the future? Its a little thin. But otherwise it seems very sturdy. I use 60 pound dumbells and am 194lbs and the bench handles it without any problem. Time will tell if it holds up, I train around 5 times a week so we'll see. Not only is it super light and easy to store, but this thing is solid!

I've been doing weights and going to the gym for 40 years now, so I've had my share of bench mileage.

These are excellent and very easy to use. This takes up so much less room than all of the dumbbells I would have had to buy, + the racks to store them on. The only downside for these is that if you like to drop your dumbbells, don’t do that with these or they will break.

As someone who loves to take his Bowflex dumbbells and lift at home for quick workouts, this bench is awesome! It quickly folds out and folds back in with ease and I never feel like the bench is going to go out from under me. For context, I was weighing around 215lbs and using 60lb dumbbells in each hand and never felt like the bench was going to have problems. Plus it folds up super easy afterwards and stored nicely. Would definitely recommend it!

Exactly what I wanted at a great price. Some assembly required, but as an older woman, pretty strong if I say so myself I carried the box up the narrow staircase and put it together myself in just a few minutes.

On time, as advertised. Easy set up. Stable. Good dimensions (height, length, width) for adult man, 182lbs. Vinyl covering good quality, padding density very good. Excellent value.

The stand itself is solid, and I am excited to use it with my Nuobells. But this review is more about customer service than the product. Unfortunately, one supports came from the factory with the bolt holes incorrectly drilled. I sent an email to customer service and immediately got help from a rep named Eileen, who was so helpful and responsive. They confirmed the defective item number and shipped a replacement in a day or so with a UPS tracking number. I can't speak any more highly of how I was treated, and Finer Form now has a customer for life just experiencing how much they care about treating their customers well.

I live in a TINY apt. so foldable was a must. And as a senior citizen stability was important as well.
I did a lot of research and decided on a flat bench and this FINER FORM bench, though not the cheapest, was the best use of my limited SSI.
I have no regrets in this purchase. I use it every other day and it is easily tucked out of the way. With many foldable benches you give up stability, but not with this bench. I have total confidence in my movements because the bench is so stable.

Assembly took like 5-10 minutes. Everything was very clear, super easy, and just worked. You can tell the craftsmanship is there. Buy this bench if you're looking for one.

Absolutely worth the money spent and I can choose different lbs. Buying dumbbells at the store would have cost double and taken up to much room. My dumbbells are right by my bed and I workout whenever I want. Winter is almost here and I don't have to leave to use the gym.

I ordered the MF-FID bench, after about 3 days after the expected delivery I still had not received the bench. I emailed support, within a few hours they confirmed that UPS had lost the shipment. Support ordered me a new one and within 4 days I received my new bench! At first appearance, assembly looked like it was going to be difficult, however, I assembled my bench within 30 minutes! Strong construction, no wobbling, good quality product!

This thing is very solid and sturdy. Also, I use it for resistance bands and it's great!! I can superset with a resistance band movement then a dumbbell movement and keep the tempo up.

Excellent stand! Quite substantial and well-made, it took very little time to assemble with the clearly labeled and organized parts, included tools, and clear instructions. As with its dumbbells, Nuobell clearly knows how to design, manufacture, and package its products to the highest standards. And Finer Form's customer service is second to none!
